中国合唱协会简介
中国合唱协会在周巍峙、李凌、李焕之等领导的大力支持下，经著名指挥家严良堃、秋里、郑小瑛、聂中明、胡德风、唐江、司徒汉（上海）、施明新（广州）、曾理中（武汉）及音乐活动家孟昭林等同志创建，于1986年在北京成立，由专业、业余合唱指挥、合唱词曲作者、音乐评论及合唱团体、合唱活动组织者自愿组成，隶属文化部社团管理办公室，下设合唱艺术委员会、合唱指挥委员会、理论创作委员会、大学合唱委员会、群众合唱委员会及童声合唱委员会等分支机构，系在民政部注册的国家一级社会团体。
30年来中国合唱协会在历任理事长严良堃、聂中明、田玉斌的领导下，团结全国合唱音乐家们为中国合唱事业的发展做了大量工作，发挥了极为重要的作用。
中国合唱协会的常务理事均为全国各地合唱协会的负责人和合唱界的专家教授，在他们的领导下，各地合唱协会与中国合唱协会相互支持、通力合作，使中国合唱协会成为团结、和谐的社会团体。
中国合唱协会以广泛开展群众合唱活动，大力推动先进文化建设，促进国内外合唱艺术交流，发展中国各民族合唱事业为己任。建会至今，中国合唱协会主办、协办了地区性、全国性、国际性的各种合唱节、合唱赛事、培训班以及学术讲座等。这些活动博得社会各界好评，其参与人员之广泛、意义之重大、影响之深远甚于以往。协会多次受到国家文化部等政府机构的表彰，被授予“全国优秀社会组织”的称号，同时被誉为富有生机与实力的一级社会团体。此外，协会还经常组织国内外学者进行交流，推荐合唱团队出国访演及参加学术活动，为世界了解中国、为中国合唱团队走出国门，促进国际艺术交流起到了积极的推动作用。
中国合唱协会拥有会刊《合唱艺术》、《合唱通讯》和网站及微信公众平台等媒介，是全国各地会员信息沟通和艺术交流的桥梁。
中国合唱协会曾编辑出版了各种中外优秀合唱曲集及声像资料，为向广大合唱爱好者介绍优秀中外合唱艺术作品做出了积极贡献。
中国合唱协会成立以来先后在中山、肇庆、无锡、温州、江西、齐齐哈尔、三门峡、廊坊、沈阳、宁波、武汉、杭州、内蒙、安徽等地建立了18个合唱基地，这些基地的建立对该地区乃至全国合唱的普及和提高发挥了良好的作用。
2015年12月，在中国合唱协会第八次全国会员代表大会上通过选举并经政府批准由李培智、李小祥、田晓宝、陈光辉等组成新的主席团。在主席团的带领下协会的工作欣欣向荣，生机盎然。主席团在继承前辈优良传统及艰苦创业的基础上，一如继往地团结全体会员，敬业爱业、勇于创新，忠实于艺术，服务于人民，贡献于国家、影响于世界。
China Chorus Association
With great support from leaders such as Zhou Weizhi, Li Ling and Li Huanzhi, China Chorus Association (CCA) was established in Beijing in 1986 by famous conductors Yan Liangkun, Qiu Li, Zheng Xiaoying, Nie Zhongming, Hu Defeng, Tang Jiang, Situ Han (Shanghai), Shi Mingxin (Guangzhou), Zeng Lizhong (Wuhan) and impresario Meng Zhaolin. Directly under the Social Organization Management Office of the Ministry of Culture, CCA consists of professional and amatuer chorus conductors, choral composers and lyricists, music critics, choruses and organizers, voluntarily. CCA is a national first-grade social organization registered at the Ministry of Civil Affairs, with branches of Chorus Art Committee, Chorus Conductor Committee, Theory and Composition Committee, University Chorus Committee, The Mass Chorus Committee and Children Chorus Committee.
For past three decades, under the leadership of former directors including Yan Liangkun, Nie Zhongming and Tian Yubin, CCA has played a significant role in uniting all chorus musicians nationwide to contribute their efforts to the development of chorus in China.
The standing members of CCA are directors in charge of chorus committees across China, as well as experts and professors. Under their leadership, chorus committees in various cities and provinces, together with CCA, offer mutual support and spare no effort to cooperate with each other, bringing CCA a united and harmonious social organization.
CCA takes it as its mission to organize mass chorus activities, greatly promote the construction of advanced culture, and the communication of chorus art at home and abroad and develop the cause of chorus of each ethnic group. Since its establishment, CCA has organized and co-organized various regional, national and international chorus festivals, competitions, trainings and academic lectures, which features more participants, higher significance and more profound influence than ever and wins high praise from all walks of life. Repeatedly honored by government institutions such as the Ministry of Culture, CCA was awarded the title of “National Outstanding Social Organization” and was rewarded as the first-grade social organization with vitality and strength. Besides, CCA often organizes communication between scholars from home and abroad and recommends choruses for overseas tour and academic activities, playing an active role in enhancing the world’s understanding towards China, supporting chorus in China to enter the world arena and promoting communication in international art.
Media owned by CCA features Art of Chorus, Chorus Communication, official website and Wechat public platform, which serve as the bridge for members across China to communicate and conduct exchanges in art.
CCA has also edited and published various collections of domestic and foreign chorus music and some audio and video recordings, making positive contributions to the introduction of excellent Chinese and foreign choral art works to the chorus enthusiasts
Since the establishment of the China Chorus Association, 18 chorus bases have been established in Zhongshan, Zhaoqing, Wuxi, Wenzhou, Jiangxi, Qiqihar, Sanmenxia, Langfang, Shenyang, Ningbo, Wuhan, Hangzhou, Inner Mongolia and Anhui, which have played a positive role in the popularization and improvement of chorus in the region and even in the whole country.
At the eighth CCA national members’ representative conference in December, 2015, Li Peizhi, Li Xiaoxiang, Tian Xiaobao and Chen Guanghui were voted as the new presidium with approval from the government. Under their leadership, CCA became full of prosperity and vitality on the basis of pioneers’ outstanding traditions and hardworking spirit, continuing to unite all the members to devote themselves to innovation, be faithfulness to art, serve the people, contribute to the country and influence the world.
